Yeah, I know, I've already got a ton of threads about most of my props.
But up until last night, I've never tried to put a large group of them together in one place and photograph them.
I've been doing improv comedy for over ten years as a founding member of the Sticky Wickets, more commonly known as simply the Wickets.
After our original organizer stepped down and then two years later his successor moved to NYC, I found myself taking on the role of performer-slash-planner.
In June will be our third outing since I was handed the reins, and it was probably inevitable... I've chosen to do a 30th anniversary tribute to Ghostbusters.
Last night I loaded my car full with props and costumes, hauled a major chunk of the collection to the Zodiac Theatre, and took some promo pics and videos along with two of our performers.
After they left, I looked at all of my gear grouped together like that for the first time, under the bright stage lights, and then at the camera in my hand with its just-purchased, nearly-empty chip.
So, of course, I spent another hour in there arranging and photographing my stuff.
Here are the photos that resulted. Where applicable, I have included a link to their individual threads if you want to learn more about them.
Enjoy.

Here's something I'll debut exclusively in this thread...
Despite purchasing an Acme-Chaston first aid kit last year, I had never photographed it... but then I remembered seeing a perfect Dustbuster among the random junk backstage during one of our recent improv shows. Luckily, the DB was still there.

And here are the group shots.
This isn't everything I own, it's just what would fit in my car.
I hope to go back and do another shoot soon.

What a knockabout of pure fun that was!
