For members, the window to edit a post seems really short, a few hours. Could it be possible to extend the window of time a few more?

Just a thought; is it possible to move the "like" buttons to the bottom of a post, rather than the top? It would svae having to scroll back up if you find a long post "likeworthy" after you have read it.
