Who do I need to talk to about getting a replacement or something? I ordered a shell and I don't know if it's from the pull or transit, but my shell is cracked. Also I ordered a motherboard for it and it doesn't fit the shell.

Yes. I'd suggest flickr or imgur as a couple of options for hosting photos.
