Whilst browsing Amazon UK earlier, I came across this listing:
Ghostbusters: P.K.E. Meter
The item is being produced by Running Press, who produced the mini replica of the 2016 Proton Pack:

The P.K.E. Meter is scheduled to be released April next year, and like the Proton Pack, will come with a pack of stickers.
The placeholder image mentions lights and sound. If I had to speculate, it'd likely be a meter with outstretched static arms, and a lighting up meter screen.
