I suppose. In reality he was always a temp character. I built his head way back in 2006. For our green light build.

We tried to do a character creator but decided against it when we found that we had to pre-render our cinemats.

This isn't indicative of anything specific related to corporate standing, but Terminal Reality has been sued in Dallas County District Court over rent. This is what was listed in the public report of filings:

Lease action where the plaintiff is owed rent towards an Irving commercial space.

Terminal Reality was a great dev. Been a fan of them since Nocturne and loved Rustin Parr so much I must have played through that a dozen times. The Ghostbusters was all a fan could ask for. Not only was a great love letter to the franchise but it was also a great game in its own right. They will be missed greatly.
