 At the library, follow the stuffed panda into all areas of the Juvenile Reading Room using the PKE meter. Make sure you cover the whole room before you leave in order to unlock the achievement.
While in the Library, Subchapter "Story Hour", Ray heads into the Childrens reading section. Near the corner filled with Black Slime, a bear will start to dance. Scan it and the black slime. After that, the bear will drop. Turn around and keep the PKE equipped and start looking at the floor. Once you spot a hopscotch layout, scan that as well. After ghost-kids laughter, from the current position you're in look towards where you had entered, there should be smoke eminating from the room behind it. Head over and use the Capture Stream to move the desk, barricading the door. Head inside, scan the bear on the chair one last time, and this will unlock. |
