Notes:
Once lesser leaders in Shandor's cult, these "elevated" cultist are now part of his paranormal horde of minions. Though they seem to possess elevated positions of power over the lesser cultists, these "Elevated" Cultists are all still utterly subservient to Shandor's will.
Contact and Strategy:
(PC/PS3/X360): As if ordinary Cultists weren't enough, now you get to deal with fat ones that summon Flying Skulls. Fortunately, "summoning a cliche ghost enemy" is not something that can be done at the same time as "being viciously attacked by a glorified exterminator," so get on this guy's case IMMEDIATELY and keep nailing him with the Meson Collider until you you can shove him in a toaster. Oh, and dodge any Flying Skulls he manages to conjure... or, more likely, his FRIENDS conjure, as you don't always face just one.
Tends to appear with at least two ordinary Cultists. Be aware of them.
