Somehow Shandor's cult, guided by Ivo himself, discovered a way to lure a young Slor from its home hell dimension into our world. More impressively, they also managed to imprison that Slor within a ghostworld pocket at the heart of Shandor's island mansion. Fueled by hatred, bile and anger and assisted by mechanical monstrosities of Shandor's own design, this captive Slor serves as the powerful guardian of the Lost Island's dimension-aligning orrery machinery.
Contact and Strategy:
(PC/PS3/X360): Found in the final room of the Lost Island. So that's what The Keymaster was talking about... okay, bust out your Slime Blower because it's your workhorse for this battle. First off, hose down the "eyes" (gold spheres) that surround him. Once all four are wrecked, the Slor will smack his mask against whatever's handy until it breaks. This reveals two things: the glowy green weak spot on his forehead, and a mouth that resembles a T-rex with dental problems.
Now the boss fight has REALLY begun. The Slor doesn't have a very complex mind for strategy. He will either vomit Black Slime (which sometimes stays on the floor, requiring clean-up) or attempt to bite you. You want him to pick the second option, so run around AWAY FROM THE OTHER GHOSTBUSTERS and get his attention. Dodge at the last second and he'll get a mouthful of platform. This conveniently gives the team free sliming access to his weak spot. Dodge the black slime, clean it up as needed. Repeat this until he goes down.
The "eyes" will regenerate on occasion, deal with them the way you did before. They're little more than a distraction at this phase.
