The ghost of Casey Jones returns and commandeers a locomotive for one last midnight ride. Despite his love for trains, a kidnapped Peter would rather be somewhere else in case history repeats itself and the train crashes!

- Peter says "all the live long day" in reference to the song, I've Been Working on the Railroad.

- Peter studied engineering in college for two years before he realized it had nothing to do with trains.

- Peter is playing with his trains in street clothes but when Egon comes in, he appears briefly in uniform and then back to street clothes.

- While shoveling coal, Peter sings the song, Sixteen Tons.

- Before Casey Jones abducts Peter, Ray is seen briefly walking with him even though it should be Winston.

- Before the guys attempt to jump on the train from the bridge, Ray and Winston's uniform colors are reversed.

Toward the end of the episode. As the ghostbusters, are trying to figure out what to do about the other train. The ghost trap in Winston's hands is almost gigantic looking.
