[History] [Revise]Sony WM-A39 Walkman

A Sony WM-A39 Walkman was used in Ghostbusters 2 to play "Higher and Higher" in order to positively charge the slime blown inside the Statue of Liberty, causing the statue to walk. The WM-A39 was released in 1988 and initially sold for $55 which puts it in the midrange of the models available that year. The A39 was only released in the US while a nearly identical version, the WM-B39, was marketed to the UK the same year.
