that's probably why we havent seen anything in terms of actors on set, probably shooting a lot of character stuff in another location and sound stages in CA, but we just werent told about it.

then again, we saw Rudd greeting fans on set in a leaked video on youtube, so who knows.

Unless they're locking up all cellphone use on set, putting each phone in their own lock bag, then the PA opens it for you when the scenes over.. they did something similar to me on the set of Creed 2. phones were allowed outside the soundstage but not inside.

I don't believe Reitman was being litteral in that extent, it's like "singing from the same songsheet" or "preaching to the choir", it's an expression for adding their talents to the wider GB2020 team.

It won't be. To paraphrase Venkman "the Summerville County Ghostbusters are totally bogus".

Something stands out to me as -not- bogus about the Summerville GB account. Take a close look at those pack closeup pictures. There's a bit of open hex-mesh in the latest photo, surrounding parts of the pack.

There is no hex mesh on a proton pack - but there is a hex mesh... (potential spoilers below)

... surrounding the pack that is built into the Ecto door. as seen in some of the set photos. In fact, I think you can match details in the latest tweet to details in the on-set photo. The set photo is low-res, so take this with a huge grain of salt, but there -are- some similarities. The 'bar' next to the cyclotron, the mesh and location of the red wire, the rust patch by the bellows, the scratch patterns on the ion arm. There's clearly been another pass at weathering, but this looks like it might be the same prop to me.

This makes me think that this account is related to production, and probably posting photos from a prop photoshoot. Something similar was done on the 2016 film, where studio photos of the equipment and how they 'work' were put up on an in-universe technology website for viral marketing purposes.

Theres a guy that's claiming he was part of a team of writers that were asked to write their own Ghostbusters movie based on sample scenes from a version of the real script. Dude is pretty vague with his answers and they wouldn't be relevant anyway if that scenario did indeed happen regardless.

He told me the entire plot and claims to have stopped working on it in July 2018. Sounds strange because, if I recall correctly, Jason gave his pitch to Sony in November /December.
