Hi All,
I wanted to bring this post back to address the current situation regarding Epic Props and what happened in the past.
Firstly, as you can probably tell, I'm not Epic Props. The guy behind Epic Props is Russ who originally started building props and parts on his own. Clearly when you take on multiple orders as well as have other employment, sometimes it's difficult to keep on top of things which he has demonstrated resulting in a few unhappy customers.
Then after a loss in family and an unfortunate Covid situation which involved a bad reaction to the vaccine resulting in a black out whilst driving that he nearly died from, he let everything go to hell.
However, he is back on track as a business with a little help from myself. I'm the one you speak to via email, fb messenger etc. This is so he can deal with everything in the workshop and you get a contact that will come back to you as soon as I am able to do so, which is a lot quicker than he ever did.
But because of the bad customer service he provided, this had a knock on effect on his reputation. We have managed to build it back up but there are still some that do not trust him.
I would like to rebuild that trust and in doing so, I need a little help.
I am still trying to identify people that he did not provide the goods to or have not received a refund. If there is anyone in the forum that is still waiting after all this time, please can you get in touch by emailing me at
[email protected]. Alternatively, you can message the Epic Props Facebook page.
I know there is still some people waiting from what I can see in previous FB and Instagram messages but most of those have blocked him and therefore I am unable to reply to get to a solution.
Please note though that Epic Props is currently on hiatus due to a location change for the workshop. This was planned to be opened in January 2025 but after a bunch of delays including the building needing a new roof, we are still on a hiatus until everything is finished. Hopefully we will back to normal soon.
