While I'm pretty happy with these as is, I'd like to give it a once-over and give it a better looking paint treatment. I have removed the rivet looking parts from the side panels of the goggle by just pulling them out. I intend on replacing the hex bolts with real ones and replacing the bolts around the face mask area with big rivets.

I'm a little hesitant to simply pull things apart or off in case they become damaged. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I'm still waiting for mine to be delivered sadly. I do want to do some work to them like redo the side winged(for lack of better word) to make it a bit more accurate and the top of the goggles bother me being so flat so trying to figure out what to do with that. I may possibly leave them as is and just repaint them.

I got mine this afternoon. Haven't had time to even take them out of the box yet.

I have them completely torn down. The eye pieces on the front were the worst. If I did it again I would use a heat gun to soften the glue. I used a butter knife around the bottoms to pop them off. Check my build thread.

I bought these yesterday at a store. The other set had the left eye piece assembled wrong. The one I bought didn’t have any damned stickers!

Spirit has just shrugged at me. I don’t want to pay $12 for that set on eBay.
