I’ve paid just as much for Tylenol for all the headaches this company has caused me as I did for the pack kit.
Been waiting since November for replacement parts.

Search the posts, there's pages about the pack. For the most part people like the product annoyed with the company. If you want the Anovos pack, wait till it's on sale and figure for a little more money you can upgrade some parts and you'll probably have to fix some production problems
