PVC Alice Pack frame for a spirit pack?

So I’ve got 10 feet of pvc, a lot of couplings and some 90 degree plastic elbow conduits.

I was wondering if anyone would know the best measurements for an Alice pack that’s specific for a spirit pack. Don’t want it to be too big.

Any suggestions?

Dont have the measurements of the alice frame but by the looks of things the frame goes around the pack itself so just go by that

You're going to have to reinforce the hell out of that pvc. I tried that for a kid size pack for my kid and the pvc couldnt take the strain of being constantly put on and off. I was fixing it all the time Honestly an alice frame is the better bet and it will allow the pack to stand up right as well

Did you use any pvc fitting cement? I have made them before using pvc cement and you cant get it apart without cutting it.

I've made these before for a regular size pack. You just freehand it by holding the parts up to the pack or the persons back. Copy the measurements from one side to the other and your done.
