A few years ago I bought a Spongeface light/sound board that was compatible with the Matty Wand. After 18 months of not having any events to go to, thanks to Covid-19, I finally dusted off my gear and went to a Halloween event. Well, the sound and lights on my pack wouldn't work. I've taken apart my pack and the only thing that seems off was a broken wire going to one of the cyclotron lights. I re-connected the broken wire, wrapped it in electrical tape, but still - nothing. The blue brick battery is charged. Any ideas what could be wrong?
