Hey folks!

I'm new around these parts (sort of) and have built two proton packs (3d printed) and am looking for all you BC Ghostbusters to see who shares the same passion for all things GB!

I'm an avid 3d printer (don't know how to say that without actually sounding like I'm a machine that prints) and have made 2 full scale packs.

I'm currently in the process of creating a team to build an Ecto-1 in the Okanagan and hopefully will be posting my progress!

Dude that's awesome!

I used to live in Kelowna before I moved North to learn a new trade. :)

On Vancouver island here

Been a ghostbusters but since I was three when I first saw ghostbusters, then was lucky enough to see the second movie when it came out in theaters. Moved to Canada from England 10 years ago. Ordered the has to pulse proton pack and neutrona wand - I was laughing with my wife, saying if a four year old me was able to get hold of a proton pack like we are now (after all these years) - I would have gone nuts. I was so thrilled I was able to order one. Nice to meet you all

Rookie 'buster over in Victoria, mostly geared up, just waiting for my Hasbro pack! Check me out in my gear on my insta, if you feel like it! My trap is 3D printed, from the designs by Charlesworth Dynamics(thinking about upgrading it with full electromechanical functionality this summer), belt gizmo and PKE meter pouch are from etsy, jumpsuit is by Magnoli Clothiers, weathering and grime are by me!

I am in Vancouver!! I am far from geared up. My '84 Plasma Series Neutrona Wand arrived in the mail this past week.

During the pandemic, I found my way back to the IP via the IDW Comics. I BINGED the IDW continuity soooooo hard.

I only learned about the Plasma Series product line in the past few months while trying to see if there's any of the IDW Hardcover collected series for under $500 USD. (One aspect of USA Comics that I hate as mostly a Manga reader.) So, unless another Funding Project for a Proton Pack starts up... I likely will never have a full setup. (I have minor shakes preventing from doing fine detailing ie. using a soldering rod on ciricuit boards. C'est la vie.)

My fiancée and I just started playing Spirits Unleashed which we are having a blast with. However, we had to temporarily put the game aside as we are starting to make changes to my play space to deal with my motion sickness. I mostly play turn-based stuff so the motion sickness hasn't been a thing since the last time I played Portal.

(My fiancée is also a fan but due to injuries tied to the military resulting in a medical discharge from the service, she definitely cannot properly suit up. I am looking into and contacting people to help. We are looking at maybe suiting her up as a Ghost Smasher with an Atomizer instead of a Proton Pack as that would be less demanding on her back.)
