So, one of the last things I needed to do, was to finish a trap. Keeping in mind that I just finished my pack a week or so back, and I have absolutely no experience in prop building, I think that It came out great!! The doors dont open (the cartridge is just foam blocking with wood around the outside) The only problem I am having is keeping the cartridge in place. I cannot figure out how to keep it in place when I need to, without ruining the look of the trap. Here are some pictures, hope you have some suggestions.

Perhaps a hook on the floor of the tray that catches another on the bottom of the cartridge. Like this:

Of course this is an exagerated picture I drew in paint, but you get the idea.

By the way, that's a great looking trap you've got there! Good job!

I actually used velcro on the back of the containment cartridge and the holder. Slip it in, and it's heald in place. Thats an idea, but I also used Sentra to make my trap. But as you stated, you used a foam block for the cartridge, so that may be an option :D
