This is the project I am currently working on. I don't plan on making the cartridge removable, but the doors will open and close. Not sure how yet, but they will. I need to get it built first... I will post more pictures as I progress.

It looks like different thicknesses of plexi-glass plates...

The sides and the bottom 1/4" and the back wall is 1/2". To be honest, I'm not sure exactly what material it is. Some kind of plastic, possibly plexi glass? I went down to our local plastics store and dug through their scrap bin, until I found something that I liked. Then I used "Plastic Weld" (two part apoxy) to glue it together. Man, that stuff is frigin' strong!
