On the top black strip, there's "Model No." then to the right on the controller itself is "90312A".

Maybe Jack Doud has it on his site or I think he's jackdoud here and you can PM him.

Welcome! (i always wondered what the origin of the sticker was. I mean it was made up for the movie right? So they don't have to pay Ninetendo? idk)
