Got my copy of the Heroes Haven exclusive cover in the mail yesterday and I love it. It truly looks even better in person that it does in the photographs. My hat is off to both Ozzy Fernandez and Tony Kordos for creating a really fantastic cover.

Not bad. Very pleasing to hear; seems the miniseries is off to a good start. :)

Glad to hear that Issue #1 of the miniseries sold well at the comic retailers!

Hope that the rest of the series continues to sell as well as this one.

Looking forward to getting the next issue on the 26th, in the mean time I have both trade editions of NOW's Real Ghostbusters series and the rest of the IDW series to keep me occupied.

Dan Schoening has finished art on Issue #4.

I suppose all that's left for him as far as we know is the cover for the TMNT/GB trade paperback.

Originally I was going to wait for the paperback but I'm not the patient type, so just bought the first three issues... :)

First thing that stuck me with this series is the amount of different covers each issue has...
Looks like if you search for the series on ebay or something, every copy you encounter has a different cover.

Is this common in comics nowadays? Is it really necessary, too? Seems like the only thing it does is make it confusing. Almost impossible to know which comic is which without looking at the tiny number!
"MOM, they have a new Silver Surfeeer! Oh wait, it's only a Dairy Queen exclusive cover."

When I was a kid comics had only one cover. One.
IF YOU WERE LUCKY!

Bah humbug. :p

Checking out Diamond's Previews World page, it looks like TMNT/Ghostbusters #4 will instead release on January 28, 2015. The last week of the month. Just one week more than the initial release date and it always releases then anyway.

And going off the Amazon date, the trade also appears to be pushed back to 3 weeks to April 22, 2014. It used to be April 1 - general release, April 14 - Amazon and currently on Amazon, it's now at May 5. So April 22, general release.

A directors cut of the Ghostbusters & Ninja Turtles Crossover story? (Que up Bill Murray as Dr. Peter Venkman in Ghostbusters, deadpanning) "I am very Excited, I am very Pleased." No really I am, and I defiantly am going to tell tell of buddies that read comics and like both Ghostbusters movies, The Real Ghostbusters and TMNT comic books.

Looking forward to the Director's Cut trade paperback of the Ghostbusters/ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when it hits in May.

Also I would like get some more of the different covers for my Comic Book collection as well. As I said before, they are fantastic looking. I really would like to own the Kevin Eastman cover of #1 and many of the others. I already have all of the regular cover editions for all four issues and I cannot wait to add some the others as well. Tristan Jones, Dapper Dan and the whole crew at IDW really hit a home run on this crossover! Hope that this leads to IDW bringing back Ghostbusters as a limited series like they did before Ghostbusters went monthly in 2011.

They fit them rather well, and look well-scaled against the Turtles.

Nice work. :)

I have a question about the director's cut, does it only include issue #1 or will it cover the whole crossover series as a whole?

It only covers Issue #1. We don't know if there will be Director's Cuts for the rest of the mini-series. Since we have solicits as far out as October, it doesn't appear likely there will be any more unfortunately.

As a supplementary bonus, Erik Burnham posted commentaries about #2, #3, and #4 online.
