I am looking to display the Kenner firehouse from the Real Ghostbusters but wanted a movie version/more realistic Ecto-1 coming through the doors.

What are my best options for this style of Ecto-1?

The Playmobil Ecto-1 would probably be your best bet. I think it's smaller than the Kenner Ecto-1, but is pretty close to the movie vehicle, and has lights/sounds.

Great idea Kingpin. I have the Kenner firehouse and the playmobil Ecto, I could take a pic if you want , to see if the size works for you!

What about the Hotwheels Elite Ecto 1?

Unfortunately neither my Kenner Firehouse nor my Playmobil Ecto-1 are easy accessible, otherwise I would take some snaps.

Do you think one would look better than the other?

As promised my playmobil Ecto 1-a. I have the original Playmobil Ecto too!

Was thinking the playmobile ecto 1 was too small, but the ecto 1a is alot taller, doesn't look too bad
