Can anybody recomend somewhere for me to find replacement tubing for the sprit haloween pack.

eBay often has stocks of variously-sized acrylic tubes, and at reasonable prices. They're also sold in lengths that'd allow you to have extra material should the first effort to refine it to fit the Spirit Packs go wrong.

That's a point actually, are you referring to the clear barrel on the Proton Gun, or the coloured tubing on the Proton Pack?

If it's the former, then that's acrylic tube (plastic), the latter is traditionally pneumatic tubing, but rubber alternatives could also be sourced.
