Hello folks!
I'm working on an ejecting bumper for my Benofkent Proton Pack Kit. The problem is that the side guide rails together are about 12mm thick. So the bumper is 12mm too narrow. I don't want to weaken the resin body or the bumper with milling.
Is there anyone here who can possibly produce a wider bumper? Ideal would be aluminum...
On the photo you can see the guide rail and the compressed air components. The tank holds 300ccm air and is sufficient for about 50 releases at 5bar. The tank will be installed in the booster tube. The stroke is 2.5cm = 1".
