Does anyone know what the story was with this product?

I saw it on GameStop when it was briefly in stock in 2021 and I know Craig at YHS did a review of one in-hand. Now they're back on eBay from sellers in China for $50.

Does anyone know why this product was pulled? (And is now available again).

As for why they are “propping up” again it’s probably because a warehouse in China has got fed up holding onto all of them.
