Did some searching and found something that looks about right. The top lip seems to be about right.

Sorry if I did hi-jack this but also thought it belonged to here as well, since it is related to sourcing the part.
Well I regret to inform that it is not a match, diameter is pretty close, but it's about 2 inches too short as well as the profile isn't right.

Kinda of a bummer.

So the US version of the flask from Amazon is similar, but definitely a different size, and has some different geometry overall. Might be "close enough" to work with, but I don't know if it'll fit properly with the printed parts just yet.

Its the exact same size as all the others I have found here in the US. Guess ill stick to my spray paint idea. Its crazy how so many things sold in the UK don't have a US equivalent.

I got them to send me the handle...for those stateside, Lowes has this version which is marginally smaller diameter, but will work fine.

The shroud is glued to the main body with epoxy (it's also strengthened by the aluminium tube that runs through both). The fuse box can either be glued or, if you are using my files, there are holes for 4x M3 bolts that are tightened inside the fuse box itself.

Does the arm brace once mounted to the body base screw into the main body with 4 M3 bolts as well?

Yeah, 4x M4 bolts in the base (black hex bolts will look best). You'll want to screw the base to the body before adding the brace as the brace overhangs those holes in the base. Use locknuts inside so you can screw on the brace without it coming loose.

Spectregater wrote: August 30th, 2024, 6:00 pm I guess the last screws I need are the four that hold in the little plate that the hose goes into on the trigger box.
There were only two, bottom left and top right corners. Probably M3 looking at the ref pics.
That's the fuse box. the trigger box plate has four screw holes.

Just realised I misread your post! In the BTS pics where you can make them out clearly enough there are only two screws used, despite four holes being apparent
