When were their first names first mentioned? They aren't said in the movie, so was it in the novelization? A reference book?
Huhn. Good question. I know those names were mentioned in the Cinefex #40 feature in Nov. 1989.
Not in the Naha or Hiller novels. Nor the scripts.
