Maybe Jason will cover that in the next film should it be greenlit. Although, after Garaka I don't think something like the Boogieman would have any impact on Phoebe whatsoever. She'll probably shrug her shoulders and be like "WTF are you supposed to be? The Joker with bad Botox?"

Played the game for nearly 6 hours after the update. The game feels WAY snappier and the changes feel good. I feel there's still room for improvement, but this is the best the game has felt in a long, long time.

Terror sentinel's claw traps STILL need a longer cool down...

People must think we never sleep. Lol. I'll check out the updates when I get up at the crack of noon later. Lol. Digging the new Zeddemore gear, a bit dissapointed we don't get Zeddemore trap and meter though. Scolari's are looking good, but the two ghost bust is a bit different. First try out I destroyed all the rifts but lost because I only caught the fat ghost.

The buster AI is so hit and miss. I tried to do the Scolari bounty yesterday before work and it ended horribly because the AI was useless. Tried this morning and they were as good as humans, caught the Scolari' twice without me there. Throw traps when I needed them and other useful things.

And with the new patch, the glitch of the boots not being tucked in is back, sigh. Also, my sons game on on the Switch doesn't have Garraka available as a playable ghost even though he's completed the Garraka bounty.

I have found that the AI busters were a little more helpful in destroying rifts, just a tiny more.

I noticed that as well. I'm on second tenure and trying to unlock the RTV again. They aren't giving me the chance to get the final capture. It's not as bad as playing against real people but still....It's one of those good things, bad things I guess. The zeddemore packs look freaking awesome in the story cut scenes. Does anyone have any plans of pulling the models from the game so they can be 3D printed?

That would be great because the dynamic duo has been kicking my butt!

One mission had my daughter cracking up because Nunzio slimes me from behind as soon as I am about to capture Tony. Or if Nunzio is coming my way, I'll open a trap right in his path and just ballerina twirls through it!

And my daughter is laughing and saying I've been finessed.

I feel you, I had the same trouble. As I said above I took a break and tried again the next day and beat then the first time because the bots remembered their brains. I'd be willing to help, if we could figure out how to add each other as friends in game .

I feel you, I had the same trouble. As I said above I took a break and tried again the next day and beat then the first time because the bots remembered their brains. I'd be willing to help, if we could figure out how to add each other as friends in game .
I appreciate it! But I ended up taking a short break and put my thoughts into it.

Not too much time -- it's a video game.

I say, "Why don't I try solely going for the rifts? Two ghosts, three rifts a piece. I can capture them one at a time, but that hasn't been working. Like, at all."

So, that's what I did. While the AI is running around, maybe being supportive, I focused on searching and destroying rifts. And I laid a trap nearby so that when one of the brothers came sauntering through, I would attempt to trap them to ward them off. I either trap them there to destroy an additional rift, or they bugged off. Either way, it worked!

Good idea. Have you tried leaving Ionizing Pods around the Rifts and Trap, too?

Good idea. Have you tried leaving Ionizing Pods around the Rifts and Trap, too?
That also helped as well. I also used the radar puck to help direct the bots.

I'd love to see Illfonic give boogieman unique powers. Like hiding in mirrors and sneaking up on players. Honestly, though I'm surprised Illfonic hasn't released a possessor ghost yet. I'd love to see a possessed Proton Pack or trap to make things a little more challenging.

The possesor can fall in line with the games mechanics. A simple streak of light bouncing around and if it enters your Poroton pack it could over heat it, break it, etc. I could easily see it being treated as a minion or second ghost.

It could take over the remote control trap driving it around while your still on mission, mess with the PKE meter by making it do random stuff. Like they do with the horrified screen they could have the screen turn red or whatever color the possesor is. I would assume it would be fairly quick to render something like the possessor.

As for doing something with the lion i'd wager Illfonic wouldn't go that far. There are already so many objects you can posses as the ghost player, but maybe a paper airplane wouldn't be to much to break the budget.

Even so, that still would require some modification to the game's mechanics... And as zeta alluded, that's outside the current remit of the DLC development team. They have the funding to do new ghost skins and minor character animation tweaks so the Ghostbusters can look natural when holding any of the new equipment skins, and they have funding for quality of life fixes... But new ghost powers/types, game modes and levels are not generally covered by that budget appropriation.
