If you check out the Mooglie Fan Club on Facebook you should find some activities (I think there's puzzles, colouring books etc) which you can print out. Otherwise slime making can be fun, just check with the parents to make sure they're OK with it and there's somewhere suitable to make a mess. We tend to bring small packs along for photo ops, we have 80% scale foam Proton Packs that kids can wear, but if you have some Spirit Packs that could work too.

Electric shocks aside, you could do ESP testing by printing out some Zener cards. Maybe give each person 5 turns (5 cards), we usually let them pick out a free sticker at the end but if you have the budget you could use candy (neither has to be GB themed).

Hopefully this gives you some ideas which shouldn't take too much time or money to organise.

Thanks for the tips I’ll check out that page!

Short on time and budget for this first go around. If it happens again I like those ideas of foam packs for the kids and such

Depends on your definition of cringey.

Ghostbusters-themed cornhole board.
Pin the tail on Slimer/pin the proton stream on the ghost.
Garden/house-based scavenger/ghost hunt (toy ghosts/ghost-themed containers that hold, say... A bit of candy?)
Ghostbusters-themed colouring-in.
The classic "mystery game": grapes for ghostly eyeballs, spaghetti for phantom hair, etc.
