This is the top view control drawing for the original prototype Kenner Ecto-1. I've done my best to create a cleaned up vector version of the available image on The Art of The Real Ghostbusters website. The image was pretty low resolution, it took a lot of work to get everything squared and symmetrical, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. This is the biggest step towards having a 4 view blueprint for a 3D model, in hopes of resurrecting the original prototype Kenner Ecto-1.

I'll probably add the cutaway details and include that in this thread when I can. I've only included what was on the original control drawing, I'll probably also make an updated image to add missing elements (a pair of blue lights in the rear to match the front as seen on the physical hardcopy, ornamentation on the front of the hood chrome strips, the hood ornament, etc.) but for now this will be the base image. It also lines up almost perfectly with the side view, I only had to scale it slightly to make it match, a testament to the original artist.
