Hello,
I’m new here, so I apologize if this is a stupid question or answered somewhere else where I didn’t find it…
In GB1, at the beginning after being scared off by the library ghost Venkman, Stantz, and Spengler return to their office at Columbia’s Weaver Hall where they find Dean Yeager. During their short conversation where he kicks them off campus, there is a moment where a painting, or a poster of a painting, or something like that is shown in the background behind the Dean hanging next to a soccer poster. Does anyone know the name of that painting, or where I can go to look for information about it? I’m sure I’m not the first, or close to even being the thousandth person to ask about it, but I haven’t been able to find information to help me identify it. Almost every query/search I’ve done ends up being tainted by pointing me towards the “Vigo the Carpathian” painting from GB2.
Again, I am very sorry if I’ve mistakenly overlooked some obvious information that is posted about this painting elsewhere. Below is a screenshot of the painting I am asking about (it’s not the greatest resolution, but it’ll do). If you want to share anything about it, feel free to PM me if you don’t want to post.
Thanks very much and take care.

I tried Google Lens but only one match came up, and it was a screenshot from this exact scene on Pinterest. I tried enhancing the image, even mirroring it but nothing else came up. I also tried capturing alternative screenshots from the 4K film but there wasn't really any clearer shot. It does appear briefly during the ESP test scene (you can see it when the male student picks up his gum off the table just afer being shocked) but it's even blurrier than this image. I also tried the Preview Cut but that's blurrier again, despite having a few additional shots in the extended scene with the Dean.

Not sure what else we could try unfortunately. Maybe it was painted for the production (or came from the prop warehouse) and doesn't exist outside of this film?

The hat and paint style look like a pope or bishop. 12th Century style, but could have been painted later. 15th or 16th century.
A brief look on Google and some vague memories of secondary school history shows that some bishops of the time used or liked the idea of astrology etc.

Otherwise it was a random poster to add in for decoration.
As Prodestrian says it's not a great image to start a search from.

Who's the guy with the pointy hat in Venkman's poster?
A very difficult question about the "wizard" of ghostbuster

Two topics, as it turned out. :)
