The most recent experience I have with Hasbro is the Two in the Box.
-Hasbro sent the similar we're preparing to ship email on November 16, 2024.
-FedEx Delivery Manager, on December 13, let me know there's a shipment heading to me.
-My credit card was charged on December 13.
-Hasbro sent me the email it shipped on December 14.
-FedEx Delivery Manager, on December 18, let know it will come the next day.
-I got my Two in the Box on December 19.
So if I'm understanding it correctly, this email should only be the 1 month reminder email. Or in other words, in 1 month give or take, the order will be shipping around May 27-29 and that's when you will be charged then people should be getting theirs the first week of June.
$391? It should only be a couple over $300.

But I don't see that option under Order History at all.
I was able to update my payment method which allowed billing address to be updated.
Do I really need to contact support to update shipping?
In Order History, looking at my order, under the grand total on the right, I see a link "Change this delivery address". Do you have that?
When in doubt, contact customer service asap. If anything, to confirm the new shipping address went through.
