I placed my order back in August , you shipped it on September 4 , tracking id LZ677684926US.
According to USPS it left Hong Kong on September 21 and since then nothing has changed. I checked the tracking ID with Australia Post and that says it is in San Fran awaiting departure.
I have contacted both carriers and both have been as useful as a condom machine at the Vatican as I am not the sender.
Can you look into this please

I just dropped you an email. The USPS apparently sent it to the wrong country (Hong Kong). I am checking the tracking now and it seems it has made it to Australia as of yesterday and I'm sure will be delivered soon. Sorry for the slow mail. Due to COVID-19 our postal service has been severely understaffed and overworked.
