I've tried reaching out to both webmaster@gbfans and gbfans@gbfans to resolve this issue and have not received a reply. For order #44964 I am missing a custom name patch. My order shipped in two packages and neither itemized packing list had the namepatch, however when checking my order online it says it all had shipped and the name patch was in the first package. Just looking to get the last item in my order.
