Catchy video. Love the 80's vibe. Doe anyone know if these boards come with the theme song as one of the ghost sounds?
Plug-and-play actually does mean plug-and-play. That's why it comes with separate boards for the blade connectors; because despite the majority of connectors in the HasLab trap being, well, connectors...the ribbon cable that attaches to the blade connector boards was soldered directly to the board and then glued in place. So rather than have end users potentially destroy their original boards, he includes replacement blade connector boards for his system. So yes, can actually guarantee that you will not do damage to the original electronics by using this kit.

He claims that every single ghost sound from the original board is included in his board, so it should be. Dustin Grau, one of the GPStar guys, recorded the ghost sounds directly from the PWM pins on the original board using his Flipper Zero to trigger the IR repeatedly. The knowledge of how to record and how to trigger the sounds has been public for months, so I would expect that someone as thorough as GL42 would have them too.

Has anyone tried using the PKE meter at a cemetery?

Yesterday, I did...

I thought long and hard before posting this, with the hope of not being ridiculed.

I lost my father in the aftermath of the COVID outbreak, and visited his grave yesterday. He took me to see GB2 back in 1989. He was a man full of life and he enjoyed life. After his passing, whenever we visited him, we were always surprised to be greeted by wild grass that grew on his resting place, grass that is as tall as tree seedling. We always smiled and said that life keeps coming out of him in one way or another.

Anyway, I visited him yesterday, and brought the PKE Meter with me. I switched the EMF mode on, and started scanning. When I held the device over him, the wings opened. I lifted the device up, and the wings closed. I tried this several times to see if it is acting randomly, but no. Each time I held the PKE over him, the wings opened, even going into a flapping motion towards the end. The moment was getting emotional so I stopped. I captured the whole thing on video (which I wont share).

Im sure there is a logical explanation, but...it kinda feels nice even for a brief moment to think that he is communicating from the other side.

I haven't take it out in "the field" yet, after a few tests around the house with various electrical appliances I'm not sure I can trust it compared to a K-2 meter.
