Is there anywhere that I can buy an Aluminum front grip with ears?

I have tried FreekyGeeky, but they appear to only be fulfilling back orders at the moment and not really taking on new customers.
I have been waiting on Mack's factory but the only info there is that they are still in the prototype phase with no ETA.
I am not sure if/how CPU64 works here on the forum.

Does anyone know where I might be able to buy this part and maybe some grips as well?
