Marvel UK Annual 1992 - Has anyone ever scanned this?

As a kid I used to always stop at every comic store I ever saw and ask "Do you have any Real Ghostbusters comics?" The answer, every single time, was no. I live in the US, and we had the NOW series, but I'm a 90's kid, and they were long out of print by the time I was looking for them. I have most of them now (no pun intended) but, eventually when searching online I found out about the Marvel UK series. Imagine, an entire line of RGB comics I had never even had the chance to experience - I had to check that out.
As one does, I tracked down some online sources, but I can't find a digitized copy of the 1992 Annual, seen here:

In researching it, it seems like a lot of work was done several years ago by dedicated fans here who had collected these issues, so I was wondering if anyone here had ever scanned the issue in?
I found the issue on eBay but it would cost over 100$ to ship out to me in the states... and I don't even own a scanner.
