Since 2010, toy company Funko has been producing stylised vinyl bobblehead-style figures on numerous pop-culture franchises. There's a good chance that if you don't own some yourself, you know someone who does own a few Funko Pop! figures.

Funko has produced a number of lines based on the Ghostbusters franchise, covering the original 1984 film, Ghostbusters: Afterlife and most recently, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. Now they're turning their attention to the popular animated spinoff: The Real Ghostbusters.

The figures are priced at $12.99 each, and are scheduled to hit shelves on January 19, 2025 in the United States, and March 3rd in the United Kingdom.

For those looking to purchase the pops, preorders have gone live at Amazon U.S. and Amazon U.K., with other online retailers expected to follow suit in the very near future.

Between this, the 2 Haslab Ecto's im backing, the mondo line which i just pre-ordered Venkman and samhain, my wallet cant take this anymore....But i want so bad...

Where am i going to put all these figures...lol

2025 gonna be a year for RGB.

I think this will be a pass unless I get them at a pretty good sale price. They don't look bad, but I'm not a fan of the different color streams. It's a nod to the Kenner line, buy I didn't like it on that line either.

Still neat though for those that like the look.

Read a few comments about the coloured streams.
Don’t get the complaint at all - works well for the figures, much like the Kenner line, and if accuracy is what you’re after… wait until you clock the rectangular heads and black circles for eyes.

I never expected RGB Funkos and for the price I feel almost obliged to buy them, but irrationally makes that $250 price tag on the Mondo figures (of which these are clearly part of the licensing deal) feel all the more painful.

Also read comments on social media these might be up for order as early as tomorrow!?

The Frozen Empire Funkos came out in late January, this past Black Friday, some like Pukey were reduced from $13 to 5 on Amazon. So if can wait, there will be a deal eventually.

oh nice! The streams come off!

Just placed my pre-order for Peter Venkman on Thursday. Always fun to see new toys for The Real Ghostbusters. Going to place a pre-order for the other Ghostbusters later on.

I want them.

Got my pre-order in for Ray, Egon, and Winston yesterday, apparently Amazon is one of the only places that has these available for pre-order at the moment. I tried to pre-order them at my local Gamestop and sadly the clerk could not find them listed in the store computer.

Hello all, got all four of the new Funko Pop's last month. Really pleased all four came so quickly, since I ordered of my Peter Venkman from Hot Topic (since they had him shipping sooner than Amazon did and he is my favorite Ghostbuster, I wanted to get him first) and Ray, Egon and Winston from Amazon. Not since the Real Ghostbusters Minimates and action figures from DST came out have been so excited to get new merchandise related to RGB.

Really glad that I have these on display alongside my Ghostbusters movie poster at home.

Just got my Amazon delivery with RGB Ray and Winston today. Will keep an eye on Peter and Egon for when they drop in price.
