I'm a PS4 user. I have activated Tenure to go from 2 to 3... and now 2.5hrs later the alleyway placeholder card is still showing with the disc activity wheel is going round with the music playing. I recall it taking a while, the first time, when I went from Tenure 1 to 2, .... but not this long!

Anyone else experienced a very long process for advancing to the next Tenure level?

uh, at this point, I'd recommend force quitting the game! I'm on PS5 and it takes seconds... maybe power down your PS4 for a while and let it rest... if you're still having issues, go the the official Spirits Unleashed discord and report the bug there.
