These are "new old stock" Night Vision Goggle straps for the AN/PVS-5 night vision goggles. These straps are olive drab in color. While the original straps for GB1 were custom made, these straps are what would have otherwise been used. Made from nylon and rubber, with real DOT snaps.

Due to the age of these parts, they may no longer have elasticity or may become brittle.
