Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on the following item types:
Special order items
Custom items (personalized or made-to-order)
Pre-order items
Sale items
Regularly priced items
The only exceptions to this policy are items that arrive damaged or items sent in error. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damage claims are processed through the shipping carrier, so you must keep all original packaging, including the box, padding, and any other materials, in case they are needed to file or support a claim with the carrier. You must also participate in the carrier's claims process, which may include making the item and its packaging available for inspection.
If you do not keep the original packaging, or you do not participate in the carrier's claims process, we will not be able to offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Courtesy Refunds
If we choose to issue a refund as a courtesy for a reason that was not our fault, such as a change of mind or an ordering mistake on your part, we may, to the extent permitted by law, deduct a processing fee of five percent (5%) of the refunded amount to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to make it right before you file a payment dispute. If a refund is forced through a chargeback or a claim with a payment processor rather than resolved with us directly, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to recover any related fees and costs we incur, including by requiring payment of those amounts before we accept or fulfill any future order from you. We may also suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases in cases of chargeback abuse, payment fraud, false claims, or repeated payment disputes.
