Could it be possible you can change the color of the recruits skin? I know some games you can create your own player. For instance, in the Rainbow Six Vegas games, you can create your own player from the way they look to the skin color. SO maybe in this game, you can create your own player to look like you or you may be able to upload a face image using a camera?
