The first season of Extreme Ghostbusters{.wikilink} first aired in Syndication on September 1st 1997, a full 11 years after Real Ghostbusters{.wikilink}. It featured Maurice LaMarche{.wikilink} back as Egon Spengler{.wikilink}, Billy West{.wikilink} as Slimer{.wikilink} and Pat Musick{.wikilink} as Janine Melnitz{.wikilink}. Joining the team are four new Ghostbusters: Rino Romano{.wikilink} as Eduardo Rivera{.wikilink}, Alfonso Ribeiro{.wikilink} as Roland Jackson{.wikilink}, Jason Marsden{.wikilink} as Garrett Miller{.wikilink}, & Tara Charendoff{.wikilink} as Kylie Griffin{.wikilink}. A total of 40 episodes were produced with limited sucess.
