Collect a cursed artifact.
This one is received after getting the PKE Meter tutorial from Ray in the Sedgewick Hotel. Just follow the PKE Meter after it flashes with Blue Bars onto the tiled flooring. The Cursed Artifact will always flash purple, or sometimes change when looking at it through the Ecto goggles. Some Artifacts are hidden behind, or inside destructible environments.
