Scan an entity to 100% in Tobin's Spirit Guide. Get a 100% Ghost Scan on a ghost. Like stated in a previous achievement, the first real ghost you can scan are the Flying Dead Fish. They're quick, so it is a little tricky. When the Ecto Goggles are equipped aim the Crosshairs directly at the ghost, and press the Fire button. The smaller center crosshair, once it turns green has to be lined up with the ghost, or you won't achieve 100%.
