Destroy everything in every level. The museum is a great place to rack up the property damage since it houses many valuable artifacts. The buses and cars in the streets of Times Square will also rack up a bunch of damage dollars. Basically, if it can be destroyed, trash it. As long as you can accumulate over 3 million dollars in property damage over your career, this will unlock.

To unlock after initially completing the game you must finish the level you break the three million on and exit back to the start menu. From there go to Replay Mission and replay the final boss (Shandor [any difficulty]) and boop, you're thirty points nerdier.
