Slime Blower

Egon first authorizes the use of the Slime Blower in the "New York Public Library" level of Ghostbusters: The Video Game. It is the third weapon set the Rookie receives.
The Slime Blower Mark 2, or the Plasm Distribution System (PDS), is the next generation of the Slime Blower seen in Ghostbusters II. It is displayed as a green tank on the left side of the proton pack, with an extra slime canister extending off the top of the pack. On the Neutrona Wand, a smaller version of the metal canister used to throw the slime from Ghostbusters II is attached by the forward grip. The cyclotron lights turn green when it is activated.
Instead of Ghostbusters II's pink mood slime, the Mark 2 throws green slime. The green slime has an effect on the dangerous black slime. It can make the black slime dissolve when enough slime is washed over it. Due to this, it has a distinctly powerful effect on Black Slime monsters, zombies, and ghosts.
The Mark 2 has two functions: the Slime Blower and the Slime Tether. The Slime Blower simply blasts out a stream of green slime in an arc. It has two upgrades, the Cost Decrease and the Slime Increase. The Cost Decrease allows more slime to be thrown before it overheats and the Slime Increase forces more slime out of the wand.
