Winston May (born February 3, 1937, Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; died April 29, 1994, New York City, New York) was an American actor with a small number of film and television credits across the 1980s and early 1990s.1 He is best known to Ghostbusters fans for his brief appearance as the Businessman in Cab in Ghostbusters (1984).2

May worked as a character actor primarily in New York-based productions. His screen credits span a decade, from the early 1980s to the year of his death.
His earliest confirmed film credit is A Little Sex (1982), a romantic comedy directed by Bruce Paltrow and starring Tim Matheson and Kate Capshaw, in which May played a jewelry salesman.32
In 1991, he appeared in the low-budget horror film Happy Hell Night, directed by Brian Owens, playing the role of the Sheriff.42 The film was also released under the year 1992 in some markets.
His television work included an appearance in an episode of As the World Turns (CBS) in 1992, the long-running American daytime soap opera.1
