Career at IDW Publishing
Ryall rose through the ranks at IDW Publishing and by 2010 was promoted to Chief Creative Officer, with responsibility for IDW's publishing efforts across all platforms.2 He later departed the company before returning on December 10, 2018, when IDW announced his appointment as President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer.1 On July 21, 2020, Ryall announced he would step down from those roles to launch a new publishing venture dedicated to developing new creative voices.3
