NOW Comics: Slimer! #1 is the premiere issue of the Slimer! comic book series published by NOW Comics, released in May 1989. The series spun out of the popularity of Slimer as a supporting character on The Real Ghostbusters animated series and gave the green ghost his own solo title. Issue #1 contains two separate stories, a front cover by Mitch O'Connell, and several activity features including puzzles and a drawing contest.
